We are basedy in the Mulga region of Turkey, we were initially created because Susan our founder was deeply upset when walking around her area and noticed the animals that had been abandoned so she thought that an organisation should be created to rescue injured and badly treated animals.

The main focus has been primarily on dogs because they are wondering the streets and some are in a bad way. Our name suggests we only look after dogs but that is far from the case as we will always try to help any animal but our secondary animal rescue is for cats. It is our intention to link up with other organisations in Europe to give us a wider voice.

Our work constantly means we are called out to abandoned animals that have been injured either in an accident or from a bad owner and are found to be suffering and in need of medication and feeding. Food and medicine is our biggest expenditure.

Whilst we currently can only take in dogs we always try to help with any injured animal.

It is our intention to build more relationships with other specialist animal charities throughout Europe to ensure that we can help re home more animals.

Some animals will spend months trying to find an owner after being dumped and can invariably be in a very bad state when we first see it.

Some animals will have wondered around looking for food and water and in a low state of health have wondered into traffic and been injured

It can cost us up to 500 Turkish Lira to revitalise and treat an animal that has been injured.
Nearly all animals we are involved with have fleas and ticks which can be both time consuming and expensive to treat.

We are dependent on donations from the public, and money raised is used purely in the care and feeding of our animals

We rely on the good will and generosity of people to help maintain our essential services and are therefore appealing to businesses, organisations, communities and individuals to sponsor a pet and make an animal's life so much better.
